My Four Fave Free Aromatherapy Courses

I get asked frequently for recommendations on aromatherapy certification programs.  I love this as I am such an advocate for essential oil education!  Becoming certified as an aromatherapist is fantastic for those wishing to incorporate aromatherapy/essential oils into their career or even just for one’s own personal knowledge.  We should never stop learning!

For many home aromatherapists though, even a basic introductory course can be a great starting place and so beneficial in ensuring you are using essential oils safely and effectively.  Keep scrolling for a few of my favorite introductory-level essential oil education courses that are also FREE!

Just in case anyone was wondering…yes, it’s still Winter.  And we are approaching that point of Winter where everyone and everything has kind of had enough, our lips and skin included!  Today I am focusing on those especially chapped lips that develop from cold & windy Winter weather.

After a refreshing walk in the snow I came inside to warm up and formulated this recipe for super nourishing “Winter’s Kiss” lip balm featuring some of my go-to ingredients for moisturizing.  I loved the sweet minty aroma that resulted from my vanilla-infused jojoba and the spearmint essential oil!
