Is it just me or has this July seemed much hotter than others??
This past week temperatures have been staggering in the 90’s, which is quite a stretch for us here in northern PA. I have to admit, while I do love Summer, I am NOT a fan of being hot. I get cranky!
A friend recently asked me if I had any suggestions for swelling in the feet caused by heat. So to honor her request, I thought I would dig into my files and share this cooling foot spray that I created that was inspired by a similar product I purchased from a popular retail store way back.
My spray uses peppermint, grapefruit, and lavender essential oils. The peppermint gives it its cooling affect, while grapefruit helps decrease swelling and fluid retention, and lavender adds a bit of soothes the skin. For even extra cooling relief store your spray in the fridge!
