Nothing that is until I received this bottle of ho wood as a surprise gift in my recent Plant Therapy order. As I was reading its profile and popular uses the words calming and sleep popped out at me.
So that night I decided to add it into my diffuser with some lavender and bergamot. I figured what would it hurt to try? I’m not sleeping anyways…
Wow! Not only did I fall asleep quickly, as opposed to laying wide awake for two hours, but I stayed asleep throughout the night, as opposed to waking up half a dozen times. At first I thought it was too good to be true, but after using it for almost two weeks now…I’m sold!
And since all good things must be shared…
"Sleep life a Giraffe" Blend
- 30 drops lavender
- 30 drops bergamot
- 30 drops ho wood
- Place 2-3 drops in a diffuser and run for 30 minutes prior to bedtime.
- Place 10-15 drops on the wick of a personal inhaler and leave by the bedside to use throughout the night.
